Totally depends on situation. If I feel like I'm a strong contender, I take AP and Charles and hope that one of them rediscovers their mojo. If I'm in a rebuild, I'll gladly take Perkins and the open roster slot.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

I concur. GREAT use of the word mojo by the way.

Piling on this. Although after draft, Perkins could be a bit more challenged.

Not end of thread...

I take AP/JC every day regardless of situation. I don't think that Perkins will ever amount to much, and thus he has minimal trade value. Indeed, I wouldn't be shocked if the Giants took an RB early, further killing any potential value that Perkins has.

If/when Ingram gets injured or if/when AP has a monster game, then you'll get more for him at that point then you ever could/would for Perkins.

JC is a throw-in right now. Hold him, and see what happens. You can always just cut him later.

Bottom line, I see AP > Perkins in all scenarios. He'll have a better year this year, and he'll have more trade value.

I guess I'll argue for the other side of this thread. I'm not a Perkins believer by any means, but I still think he has more value in dynasty than AP and Charles (and those are 2 RBs I LOVE). If you're contending and have to rely on one of those guys to win the championship, I'm sorry, but you're not going to win anything. I'd rather take my chances with Perkins and hope he has some PPR value, even if the G-Men draft a RB. And even if they draft one, it doesn't guarantee that player is going to be the starter. I'm kind of hoping I'm wrong, especially about JC, because I'm a huge fan and would feel badly if his career ended this way.
