I just got this offer. I give 1.07, 1.15, and my 18 1st
I get Hopkins

Gonna go ahead and disagree with everyone on this one and say pay for someone else. I have been a big Nuk supporter for the past 3+ years now but unless he gets a boatload of targets, he isn't really producing. Granted, he's had terrible QB play, but I don't see that changing this year. If you're hellbent on making the deal then swap out your 2018 first for something this year (1.10, for instance) since as you say, it projects to be a high pick. I'd prefer to target someone with a more secure QB situation like Cooper. Sure, he may cost more, but the floor is higher and the ceiling is about the same.

I'd try to keep your picks in the current year, sounds like your 2018 will be a good pick as well. I'd counter him with 1.14 instead of 1.10... you may be able to get a Rodgers replacement at 1.10.

Agree with getting Nuk here. See if you can swap the 18 1st with the 1.10 though.

I think this trade is closer than it seems at first glance, because it's a very deep league. Hopkins is a single REALLY nice asset, but you're losing several PRETTY nice assets. Depth is huge in your league. It's not inconceivable that this trade burns you in 18 months.

That being said, give me the Hopkins side, ESPECIALLY in a rebuild.

I agree with everyone saying that you should try to keep your '18 1st. I would counter with the 7, 10 & 14, and be willing to add one of your 2nds or even the 1.15 if that's what it takes to get the deal done without giving up your '18 1st. I'm of the opinion that, in a multi-year rebuild, hanging onto your own 1sts should be a high priority, not only because they're expected to be early, but also because you have some degree of control/influence in how good they are.

That said, if he simply won't budge, I still think you need to make this trade. Even if your future 1st ends up being top 3-4, that's still a reasonable price for Nuk.
