Sammy Watkins 1.12 or 1.01

Not really feeling this trade but wonder if I should accept. I have Watkins. Interested in the 1.01 to add a rb. Would have Evans, Cooper and other ok wrs for depth left. At rb I have Zeke but thats it. Start 1-3 rb. Take it?

You *should* be able to get the 1.01 with Sammy alone, however I understand any buyer's reservation toward his injury history and wanting more on top. Was this offered to you or the product of your own proposal talks? If he came to you, might have the ability to knock down the 1.12 to something slightly less valuable.

I'm not high on Watkins, just too many concerns, but I wouldn't sell him for for the 1.01 only; let alone have to add to it to get the 1.01. Since you have to start a minimum of 2 WR each week and only 1 RB, I'd be more inclined to keep Watkins unless you can get more picks from your trade partner. Unless you're skeptical of Watkins I'd just stand pat.

Given how the draft appears to be setting up with the top tier pretty much set no matter what, I think there could be some intriguing 2nd tier RBs that land in favorable spots that you might be able to get at 1.12. At worst, you might have to move up from 12 to 9-10 to draft one of them. I'd still rather do that than this trade.

I agree. Fournette actually scares me if he goes to Carolina. Cam is a poacher so LF's upside will be capped to an extent. I would much rather have Watkins and a shot at a better situation for RBs. (at least for the price)

I'm a little surprised people are valuing Sammy over the 1.01, but knock Keenan because of his injures. Sammy might be slightly more talented than Keenan, but Sammy's injuries are more worrisome to me because they seem to be chronic.

I am kinda shocked too...I'd take 1.1 over Sammy and 1.12, and I like Sammy. But risks are there, and I think trade value favors 1.1 (whether you keep the pick or move it)
