I would definitely do the 1.04 + Henry but definitely not straight up for the 1.04

I was surprised to see this many posts in favor of trading Kelce for the 1.04. There are very few scenarios that could happen in the NFL draft tonight that would make me value the 1.04 over Kelce. Especially for your team.
Henry + 1.07 is another story. I'd have to think pretty hard about that one. That gets you a (likely) reliable weekly set-it-and-forget it TE, and you could grab one of the rookie WRs with that 1.07. That would round out your team pretty nicely for the next few years.

I'm kind of in the same predicament, I have he 1.05 in PLP below and the owner gave interest in moving him for the pick, but I don't need him since I have Gronk,Ertz, Jthomas and Brate...but we are voting to expand to another flex this year and he would be a great guy to flex with Gronk, so it is making me think.
Just on value I think it's a pretty easy deal, so I'm surprised to hear so many people thinking the 1.04 is better than a proven top TE. Am I missing something or does every one have the rookie fever?
