I dislike your counter a lot less as im not as high on K. Allen but still feel like youre leaving value on the table. Keep in mind that after the draft you are left with a PLAYER, one that has never stepped on a football field and accomplished NOTHING at the professional level.

I understand the non PPR part that RBs are more valuable but if Hopkins gets a decent QB he can put up 1400+ yards a year , are the rookie RBs guaranteed that ?

In non-ppr, Fournette is going first. After that, Cook, McCaffrey, and Mixon lose some value because they're all known for their pass catching ability. Take out the ppr aspect, they're not as attractive anymore. Give me Nuk over any of those players in any setting, any day.

With this not being a PPR league, I like the prospect of Fournette. I am curious to see where he lands. However, in non-ppr leagues RBs are of great value.

I'd definitely try to offer another WR instead of Hopkins, say K. Allen (his injury history and the emergence of T. Williams concern me) or S. Watkins (His injury history and his lack of a viable QB.) Hopkins is valued SLIGHTLY more here due to him being the defacto #1 and a rather lack of injury history. Obviously, his success is contingent upon an even mildly competent QB.

Your WR depth gives you a ton of flexibility with this offer, IMO. If the owner doesn't bite on any other WR then I'd feel comfortable with this trade if I were you.

So you are guaranteeing me 1400 + yds from d hop ? Your also guaranteeing he gets a "decent qb" ? Not hating here and think everyones opinion is valid but if im trying to win in that format ill take the chance on the 1.2 putting up 1000 yds on the ground and 400 in the air aka dalvin cook, in any offence. Dont have to worry about him getting a "decent qb".

If they'd swap nuk for 2, I'd take it. Dj, fournette, rb @ 2....will be lethal in your non ppr.

Gauge the interest of your league....does nuk get you any rbs? That will tell you all you need to know about the value in your league.

10 (give or take) wrs averaged double digits, with the leader at 13.
Nearly 30 rbs did so, with the leaders around 20.
