This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

On the surface it looks good even though I would prefer a first due to ability and situation, but that might be impossible to achieve as there will always be a year long suspension lurking. Which leaves you hoping the next Roto blurb isn't news of Bryant failing another drug test. Depending on a few landing spots the 2.03 might land you a player of equal potential as there are several second/third tier guys with his size/speed combo.

I'd rather have the picks, but it's not a terrible offer.

Bryant. About the same odds of the pick hitting as Bryant staying clean. Take the guy you know can do it. Cheapest you'll get him for.

Bryant. I gave up a 2nd for him last year and don't even care. As onetwothree stated above, about the same odds as a rookie hitting

I love Bryant's talent, but I simply don't trust him to stay clean over the next few years. I'd take the picks here.

I was also offered Golden Tate for the same picks...ranked pretty close, but not as much drama. Though not as much flair as Bryant either I suppose.

I'd much, much rather own Tate than Bryant. Maybe not the flashy name, but he will be more productive and no risk.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

Yeah, Tate's not going to wow people or have owners knocking down your door to acquire him, but all he does is catch 90+ passes per season. Over the past couple years I've pegged Tate as the arbitrage play to Landry.

Bryant just went for 1.08 in one of my leagues. I don't like him valued that high, as I don't like the risk and think Pittsburgh has probably moved on in terms of gameplanning. He's not reliable so I doubt he sees a full complement of snaps this year until they're headed to the playoffs. I think you can get more for him.
