1.4, 1.9, 1.11, 2.10 18 first for Bell

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I would do it. Outside of the 1.4, the picks will not help your team this year. And having a chance to get those 3 Rbs in a league where you get points for carries is huge.
12 tm PPR (QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, FLEX, D, K)
QB: Goff, Stafford, J Allen, Foles
RB: Kamara, Guice, J White, Drake, Dar Williams (KC)
WR: Juju, C Davis, Edelman, Fuller, R Anderson, Goodwin, Stills, J Brown, Z Jones, Ty Williams, Allison, Chark, J Gordon, Treadwell
TE: Howard, Njoku, Cook
Picks: 1.8, 1.9, 2.8, 2.9, 3.8, 3.9, 4.9

Having those three RBs in a league that rewards carries would have to instantly make you one of the favorites to win the championship. Your depth beyond your top three RBs and top four WRs is largely unproven, so a rash of injuries could derail your title dreams this season. But your seven key studs would all be really young, so this trade gives you a good look at multiple titles over the next 3-4 seasons. I would make this trade and then look to move some of your other less proven young players with upside (Coleman, Parker, Ertz, maybe McKinnon) for some dependable veteran depth.

Looking at your team, I don't think you "need" Bell... but I'd rather keep the picks and use them do build depth.

What you can use is some RB depth and i'd be looking move some picks (combo of 1.09, 1.11, 2.04, 2.08, 2.09. 2.10) for a veteran RB like Hyde, DMurray, McCoy, Ingram, CJ Anderson... RBs that might not be getting a lot of hype, have some tread on their tires, and people may see the "glitz and glamor" of the picks being more valuable than these players.

I'd also look at upgrading your QB situation..

In a league where you get .2 PPC, I would pay significantly more than this for Bell. Those 3 bell cow RBs are unbelievably huge. Make this deal and enjoy your championship.

1) Like most above, I would definitely make this trade.

2) First, I would explore if there is way to keep your 2018 1st-round pick. Why? Not because it's value is too high. Rather, you will be a little light on depth, and the 2018 1st-round pick could be the trade chip that you need in-season to pick up a valuable veteran in the event of an injury, under-performance, etc. Again, I wouldn't pass on the deal because of it. But, I would first explore if there were a way to keep it. Failing that, does the other team have a veteran or two (Gore? Boldin? Fitzgerald?) that he could add to buffer your depth a little bit? That would make me feel better about including the 2018 1st-round pick.

All that being said, I would reiterate that I would definitely make the trade as-is if that is the only way to get it done -- and I would jump for joy.

(Note: you'll still want to explore a QB upgrade. Stafford is really a #2 QB, and you're in deep trouble if he goes down.)

Holy Moly yes get Bell! You can start all 3 and in 0.2 PPC you are going to be very difficult to beat any given week with that lineup.

I probably should have done something more productive with that time...
