It's not bad value but I would pass. The main reason is that you don't really need a WR and I don't think anyone could value Henry higher than Gurley. I would just hold onto Gurley.

I prefer Henry/Diggs. I would take that side. I realize that leaves you needing a starting RB, but we don't have to submit lineups for months. Leaves plenty of time to make moves for RBs

Henry and Diggs for me pretty easily. Gurley's value is low, but it could go lower just as easily as it increases this year. Diggs is solid and provides you another piece you can turn into another RB (or have as WR4 and trade someone else worth more). I wouldn't think twice tbh.

You should keep Gurley anyways. Diggs will have more competition and Henry's value won't move but Gurley can regain a ton of value with just coach speak and preseason games
