Luck vs Cousins+

I co-own team 1 and my partner says to offer Luck for Cousins, 1.5, and 1.6. I am hesitant to make an insulting offer. Am I wrong?

It's an insulting offer for sure in a 1qb format. But hey... I've seen worse be accepted. All you can do is throw it at the wall and e what sticks. Good luck

In a 1QB league I honestly wouldn't give the 1.05 alone for Luck. QB production is just too easy to come by in this format, and those that pay big for QBs hurt their teams much more often than they help their teams. This is especially true when they already have Cousins who will most likely be some type of QB1 again this season. No way I'd give up two top 6 prospects to get a QB upgrade that MIGHT amount to 2-3PPG.

insulting ... on what planet ? hell yes your team needs help across the board and you are not offering andy dalton or sam bradford , offer it and see what happens . If the other owner gets insulted send him some testosterone supplement and tell him to cancel his cosmopolitan subscription.

There's a good 4-5 owners I've never traded with because they sent/send insulting offers and I refuse to deal with people who don't deal fairly.

Yeah, there's no reason for anyone to be insulted here. He'd be offering the best player in the deal and arguably the #1 dynasty QB (top 3 at worst). It's just a serious overpay. Then again I've never understood the whole idea of people feeling "insulted" by trade offers and taking them personally, but I digress.

Everyone values stuff differently. A fair deal is Luck for Cousins and the 1.05 so adding the 1.06 makes it an over pay but not insulating
