Def KB for me, and by a decent bit. I think KB has a much greater chance at a bigger season than Hyde does. I can't remember where i heard/read it, and it may very well be BS, but I heard grumblings that SF was souring on Hyde's availability. Carolina has improved their O-Line a little already, so hoping that helps Cam and KB recover some this year.

I'm in the camp of thinking KB is overrated. His QB is inefficient which makes him even more inefficient is an offense that wants to focus more on running the ball. I think valuing him at 1.04 is crazy. I wouldn't give up anything in the first round for him but I'm notoriously low on KB and always have been. Back to the original question, I take Hyde here
8 team SUPERFLEX, PPR, .2 PPC, 1.5PPR for TEs, 5 point passing TDs, IDP
Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, 1 SF, 1 K
3DL, 4 LB, 4 DB

QB- Rodgers, Wentz,
RB- DJ, Barkley, Kamara, Cook, Mixon, Jamaal Williams, Aaron Jones, Ekeler, Lindsay, Powell
WR- AB, OBJ, Nuk, Michael Thomas, Adams, Watkins, Josh Gordon, Dante Pettis, Doctson, Tyrell, Josh Reynolds
TE- Zach Ertz, Jordan Reed, Hunter Henry, Shaheen
DL- Watt, Donald, Campbell, Griffen, Graham, Irving
LB- Kuechly, Lee, Kwon, Martinez, Hicks, Eric Kendricks, Edmunds, Preston Brown, Hitchens
DB- Landon Collins, Keanu Neal, Poyer, Hyde, Quin, Cyprien

Not sure Hyde fits well in the new SF scheme. He's also chronically injured. His flashes have been few and far between and at best he's a decent talent on what profiles to be a terrible team. Won't score too many TDs, won't catch too many passes (Juczyk is also there and being paid accordingly). Hard to see him improving on the season he just had. I think they bring in a younger more athletic RB that eventually usurps his job.

KB has his warts, but as the WR1 on what is actually a quality offense (and they have an easy schedule this year) he will easily outscore Hyde this year. His floor is last year's season imo, whereas his ceiling is well north of 10TDs.

Also, the comments based on Hyde's ability to cash in in a contract year are unfounded. How have the FA RBs fared this year? Oh ya, many are still out of a job and the guy who was paid the most is...Juczyk. I'd be selling Hyde right now and would be happy for any first I could get.

KB. I'd rather bet on the Panthers having a bounce back year on offense than on the 49ers doing anything of note.
