Jeremy Hill or Paul Perkins? (Trade Offer)

Team 4 in Sig, I received this offer last night: I give Perkins and 2018 2nd, receive Hill and 2017 4.12. DLF and Dynasty Nerds have Hill ranked higher, but ADP on both sites is showing the community likes Perkins a little better and everyone is suggesting both the Giants and Bengals may take a RB in the Draft. Hill has put up decent numbers, especially TDs, and is in a contract year. Could possibly get a change of scenery in 2018. Should I take Hill, who has produced his first three years and is till young or the new guy who could end up in a committee as well?

I prefer Perkins slightly, but I definitely wouldn't be adding a 2nd to get Hill.

Wow, this is actually a tough question for me to answer. I'm an ex and might I add frustrated Hill owner. I didn't like him when he came out but took him late in the 3rd. It worked, and then the real Hill showed up. I think he needs everything to line up perfectly to succeed. That to me is someone I don't care to own unless it's very cheap and I have roster space.

Now I'm not high on Perkins either but he still gets a chance to show what he can do. And to add a 2nd on him for Hill makes no sense. I'd rather own Perkins and hope he can be something, anything. Although I wouldn't hope for more than low end RB2 numbers at best. And expect RB3 production from him.

I just took this team over and have lots of roster space. I agree, being asked for a second doesn't make since. Hill's nose for the end zone makes him enticing.

I wouldn't do it with the 2nd. I think they move on from Hill soon... I've been trying to move him all offseason and no one is interested. Perkins "upside" is worth more right now. You could offer Perkins and the 18 2nd and probably get a better RB than Hill. But do it this weekm in case NYG drafts a RB

Hill. Perkins is a puny 200 lbs and is a change of pace back which means not startable.

Hill is proven and a goal line back. I wouldn't trade Perkins for him in a second.

No way I take that deal. You could sell Perkins for some other value now and buy hill separately after the draft. Too many question marks pre-draft

I'd take Perkins easily, though they are probably worth about the same. Neither are exciting, but I'm worried about the Bengals o-line. They lost two really good pieces and Hill isn't the type of person to create is own yards.
