Pryor for Maclin, Brate & 2017 2nd rounder *Trade made*
**Thanks for advice everyone, trade was made today. He had 3 other KC players and likes Pryor, so win, win**
My team made title game last year and lost; I'm looking to improve at RB, TE and QB. Have been receiving offers for T.Pryor but nothing has interested me bc other owners are trying to "win" the trade or offering WRs which I wouldn't start over Pryor.
Any RBs worth straight up for Pryor or better to keep as he'll probably blow up w Cousins?
.5 PPR, 1 QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, FLEX, K and DST
QB: NEWTON, Flacco
RB: L.MILLER, RIDDICK, Hill, Gillissee, Draugh, McKinnon
WR: DT, HOPKINS, PRYOR, Snead, Cobb, Hogan, Wallace, Gabriel
TE: WALKER, Tamme

I'm a bit surprised at the results of this... Are people really that low on Pryor?? Not to hijack the thread or anything but would you trade Pryor for Maclin and Lacy?

I probably would, but I'd try to get a 2nd thrown in as well.eraldo_coil wrote: ↑Tue Apr 18, 2017 5:15 pm I'm a bit surprised at the results of this... Are people really that low on Pryor?? Not to hijack the thread or anything but would you trade Pryor for Maclin and Lacy?

Re: Pryor for Maclin, Brate & 2017 2nd rounder
People are obsessed with labeling Pryor because of his background.
He'll be a rock solid wr2 as a redskin. This is an easy decline for Pryor. Maclin is still stuck in wr3/4 territory, brute has probably peaked and the round 2 isn't s great pick.

What happened in the past 3 days that Maclin went for Low end WR2/ high end WR3 to wr3/4 territory?Space Cowboy wrote: ↑Sat Apr 15, 2017 3:38 pmYes, late 1st, maybe early 2nd. Potentially mid 2nd if there's a falling prospect that I didn't think I had a chance at.
I expect a big year from Maclin. Low end WR2 / high end WR3, however you wanna look at it. (85, 1100, 6 TDs)
I see Maclin and Pryor as fairly even - Maclin could easily bounce back this year and Pryor could be 4th on the pecking order in Washington behind Chowder, Reed, and Doctson. Who else was on the Browns last year to take away targets from Pryor? Coleman missed 6 games last year. What I am saying is, both have question marks. Both are around the same age. So getting Brate and a 2nd easily tilts the trade in that direction for me.
Re: Pryor for Maclin, Brate & 2017 2nd rounder
I'm a huge fan of Maclin because he is one of few WRs who can effectively run the entire route tree. He is great underneath, outside and has speed to get deep. On the flip side, he's such in a hell hole called Kansas City with the anemic Alex Smith and tunnel vision of Mike Holmgren. I sold him everywhere I owned him after his first season with the Chiefs because it was so good in that offense.
Pryor in Washington is a great fit along with Reed, Doctson and Crowder. Their running offense is garbage so Cousins will be left airing it out again but to a better set of WRs.
The value isn't terrible but situation I definitely favor the Pryor side at this point.

Re: Pryor for Maclin, Brate & 2017 2nd rounder
I would move Pryor for that
Re: Pryor for Maclin, Brate & 2017 2nd rounder
that's a pretty strong offer imo, what else does your trade partner have? i wouldn't be surprised if brate is the best piece here when we look back on this. you may be able to add a piece or two and get a very nice player. basically, sell pryor high (the guys made a solid offer). what does cam and pryor get ya? you get the idea here.
ive never been a big maclin guy, owned him via throw in along the way, but always sold. nothings changed for me. i actually prefer hill, just because the ceiling is higher. i own pryor on a few teams, and noones came a knocking. tried buying for a pick in the 9-15 range and that hasn't landed him. i think he is the best piece in the deal, but probably the riskiest aswell. if offered, i may verywell take brate ahead of any te in the draft.
i think this really comes down to how you view the pieces. its hard to imagine pryor emerging...but its a real possibility. some sware by maclin.... you did mention wanting to address qb and te....this trade would do that.
