Parker+ for Hopkins

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Too much in my opinion. That would be Parker, and a combination of McCafferey/Mixon/Williams etc and a 2018 1st.

Agree - too much.

Maybe try taking out the 2018 1st, but that's probably what it will take to get Nuk.

To me, it's more like Parker, Williams, and McCaffrey. That wouldn't be enough to move Hopkins and I'd want at least the 2018 1st on top.

I don't like "all eggs in one basket" trades like that. Very dangerous. Hopkins gets a foot injury or tears a hamstring or simply has another lackluster season and a trade like that can set a dynasty team back for years. 1.05 and 1.06 are wheelhouse picks in this draft.

Not disagreeing, but don't see a Hopkins owner giving him up without getting a proven player in return or at least multiple 1sts.

That is a lot to give away for one guy, even if it is Nuk. He is not OBJ/Julio/Evans/AB. Not high on Parker, but that is a bad trade for you. You need to make roster room for your picks, see if you can take some lower tier guys and later picks for 2018 picks to make room for your higher picks or get more for your picks. CMike and Os are instant drops to make room. I think you have a sneaky good roster. Don't get cute trying to get a tier2/3 WR like Nuk. Resist the urge to trade just to trade...
Rollin with Mahomes

WR- Julio, Mike Williams, JUJU, Golladay, DJ Moore, McLaurin, D Johnson
TE- OJ, Hooper
IR- Butler, Guice
TS- D Henderson, J Hill
2020- 2 firsts, 2 seconds, 3rd, 4th, 5th.

I was committed to a sanatarium for rookie fever earlier today (and the doctors have limited my internet access). Just gives you an idea of where my head's at when it comes to discussing rookie picks.

Did the doctors prescribe anything for it? I think there are a lot of people who can use the help.

More cowbell.
Too much but I do believe Hopkins has a bounce back year.

One piece to much. Nuk is a nice asset but I wouldn't overpay

The problem is you'd be paying full price on a buylow candidate. Hopkins is worth 4 1sts to many, but when he performs like a WR3 it's time to come back down to earth for that owner. You have the assets to make a WR upgrade but you shouldn't overpay. Maybe you can buylow on Watkins, Jeffrey or K.Allen still. Personally I'd keep one pick to get another RB & give you more depth at RB.

I'm not a huge Nuk fan so I think it's too much. That said, and what people often don't consider, is that you have to overpay to get your guy. Why would the other owner sell his Nuk for 'fair value'? Unless of course he's trying to offload for whatever reason.

As a Nuk owner I'd be awfully tempted to accept the offer that included the 18 1st... and I don't even admire picks like most do. Also as a Nuk owner, I can see where I would need something like that to make me want the downgrade to DPark.
