1.03 & 2.02 or Coleman & H.Henry
Re: 1.03 & 2.02 or Coleman & H.Henry
Based on market value, the players are worth more. However, as a few others have stated earlier, I'm not as high on Coleman so wouldn't fault anyone for taking the picks. I think Corey Davis, who is the favorite to go at 1.03, is probably much more talented than Coleman and should end up in a better situation. Henry should be worth a mid/late 1st, so the 2.02 is obviously not worth it. But if you think the gap between the 1.03 and Coleman is enough to close the gap between Henry and the 2.02, it might be fair.
Re: 1.03 & 2.02 or Coleman & H.Henry
Close to my assessment also. Only slightly lower as 1.04 and 1.07...
So players
Team 1, 0.5 PPR SuperFlex: QB, FlexQB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, Flex
QB: Watson, Herbert (Mariota)
RB: Barkley, Jacobs, Dobbins (Akers, K Herbert)
WR: DJ Moore, Woods, Golladay (T Patrick, Shenault, Rondale M, Cephus)
TE: Goedert (Njoku, Bryant, Trautman)
Pick 1.01
QB: Watson, Herbert (Mariota)
RB: Barkley, Jacobs, Dobbins (Akers, K Herbert)
WR: DJ Moore, Woods, Golladay (T Patrick, Shenault, Rondale M, Cephus)
TE: Goedert (Njoku, Bryant, Trautman)
Pick 1.01

Re: 1.03 & 2.02 or Coleman & H.Henry
Well I like that side anyway, but I can't imagine anyone that likes the players here would totally flip because of a future 2nd in a (at this point in time) shallow draft class.

Re: 1.03 & 2.02 or Coleman & H.Henry
Picks for me. Coleman hasn't proved anything yet, so 1.03 will net you a better prospect. And this draft is loaded at TE so there's a good chance you can get an equivalent player to Henry.
So basically:
1.03 > Coleman
2.02 = Henry
So basically:
1.03 > Coleman
2.02 = Henry

Re: 1.03 & 2.02 or Coleman & H.Henry
I don't see how the value is on the pick side. I'm all for moving Coleman but the Henry value seems off. These are both players who were (at least from my league and mocks I've seen) 1st rd investments. I don't think any of them have done anything to lower their value.
Call me crazy but this browns regime seems different. I can also see them getting garropolo in the draft after NE traded for Cooks. No picks in the top 70 and knowing garropolo walks bc Brady wants to play for the next 5 years. No way they let garropolo walk for a comp pick.

Re: 1.03 & 2.02 or Coleman & H.Henry
Hmmmm...Henry wasn't taken in the first round in one of my drafts, and a few of those are TE Premium. He was the 20th rookie of the board in August 2016, so I don't know where you are getting your information from on this one.Kleva1 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 03, 2017 8:59 pm I don't see how the value is on the pick side. As for Garropolo...what evidence do we have that he is going to be some special player in this league? Is he really an upgrade over a rookie? He could very well be another in the long line of failed New England backups once they leave New England. Nobody knows...but even if he is good, what did you see from Coleman last year that inspires you to think he can be a WR1? Even a WR2? His catch percentage was abysmal...I know you can say he had trash throwing him the ball, but Pryor managed a catch rate 10 points higher, so Coleman's busted season can't be entirely blamed on the QB play. I am also bothered by Hue saying he had to leave the field late in the season when it was too cold outside for practice...are you kidding me?

Yikes I rescind my comments. As for Coleman I'm not the biggest believer but if you invested a first round pick I don't think it's crazy to hold out hope for him. I wouldn't say the trash throwing him the ball is an excuse. I'd just say that they went through so many qbs and with his injury it would be hard for any rookie to have consistency. I stand by my comment of I'm all for moving him though.
