Nearing end of dispersal, need to shore up QB/LB

I am nearing the end of a dispersal draft for my very first orphan team. It's a 16-team league with full IDP and very balanced scoring. We start 1QB/2-4RB/5WR/1-2TE/1DT/2DE/3LB/2CB/2S/1DFLEX. QB and LB are my biggest weaknesses after our four-team dispersal draft, but I'm pretty strong everywhere else. Here is my roster so far:

One of the other owners in the dispersal has expressed that he's looking to trade players for future picks. I own 3.10, 4.10, 5.10, 6.10, and 7.10 this season and have my rounds' 1-8 picks in 2018. He has Stafford, Lavonte David, and Eric Kendricks. What would be a fair price in picks for Stafford and one of those LBs? Would that be a move you'd be trying to make for the right price?
