Teams advice

So I made a bunch of trades in each league the last couple weeks

Team 1 - Is pretty much set solid starters depth and a couple picks to fill my taxi back up..

Team 2 - I think is pretty good but might need a little more depth in QB/RB/TE I would like to move M.Jones for a RB but his value is way low right now , How about Tyreek for what RB or should I move him for some decent depth in each position ?

Team 3 - Decent starters but RB depth is a little weak since we can start 4 and that is what scored most point in the RB bonus setup , I would like to add a highend TE also but what should I move I was thinking 2018 picks or some WRs because I will only start two a week Jeffery and Adams probably but what WRs can I try and sell high on ?
