Just made this move to acquire Kevin White for team 1 in sig. Essentially it could be White + McCaffery or Juju for Hurns + Corey Davis or Mike Williams. Banking on Jeffery leaving, Chicago landing a solid QB in FA and White being the #1 heading into 2017.. Right move or wrong move? I also own rookie picks #3, #6, #17, & #26 in addition to the #7 I received. Thanks in advance

Truthfully, I'd rather have Hurns than White, and it's not close for me. Hurns has two years of solid production, White barely has two games of solid production.
Whether that's worth 3 spots in the first round is its own question, but I have no problem with this trade given my strong preference for Hurns (buy low) over White (sell low).

Honestly, I don't care for trading down from 4 to 7 unless you have a strong feeling about one of these two WRs. Neither one moves the needle for me and I truly believe that pick 4 has significantly higher value than 7. JMO, but hope it works out for you.
