Gurley trade

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Gurley trade

Postby Peteey84 » Thu Nov 03, 2016 10:55 am

I've been offered Ingram/Hightower and a top 3 (potentially #1) 2017 pick for my Gurley. For team 1 in my sig. Last year I wouldn't have asked and just rejected it, but I don't see LA's offense getting better.
10 Team PPR
1QB/2Wr/2Rb/1TE/2Flex

QB: Herbert, Stafford
RB: Bijan, Walker, Ekeler, Charbonnet, Singletary
WR: Chase, DK, ARSB, Godwin, Samuels, Wan’Dale
TE: Andrews, Goedert

2024 1.01, 2.02, 4.05, 4.06

I would probably hold as well unless you are 100% sure that pick will be #1. If so, I would likely take the pick + Ingram.

Hold. Having Ingram/Hightower isn't exciting to me, as they are both going to vulture from each other's value. You don't want to start either of them unless the other gets hurt.

I'd hold. I'm buying Gurley everywhere possible right now. Traded McCoy and a 1st (mid probably) for him two weeks ago (before the hammy), and was pumped when he accepted. In my opinion, this is the lowest Gurley's value will be. Now is not the time to sell.

Really? A terrible offer? It's in the ballpark buddy. If that turns into the 1.01 that might be a steal...

Gurley is proven talent. Throwing him away for a 1/3 chance at getting a rookie that might not be as good as him is not smart gambling. I don't think it's close. Opinions are opinions, everyone has one. No need to be an bleep
