Get: Dez, Booker, Doyle

Gimme the dt side.
Dt>=dez because of injury, could easily change if dez comes back to 2014 form
Booker=cmike could be argued either way
H Henry>doyle

DT side. It makes little sense that he gets such a knock against him while Dez has managed to maintain his high value.

Dez side all day.

if you look at the big picture in Denver Sanders is playing better and getting more opportunities than dt.

I like bookers upside over cmike.

I do like henry over Doyle but not enough to say no to the trade.

Dez side just barely for me

DT side for me. Doyle opps dry up once Moncrief back. DT still doing well. Dez injury history. lets first see if Booker can carry the load.

Don't let apophenia get the better of you while assigning value to Dez. He's the same guy he's always been and is only turning 28 next week. Sometimes fluke injuries happen and have nothing to do with how well a player will hold up moving forward. Dez's major injury history has consisted of a broken foot and a slightly fractured knee. Neither are likely to be an issue moving forward. On top of that, both were fluke contact injuries and not a result of anything unique to him.

Seems like a split decision, which means not really a win or lose either way. Considering I have Gronk, I think I'm going to take the trade and end up with the Dez side.

After drunkenly trading away Cooks for DT a few weeks back I'm kicking myself, since there was 0 reason for me to add DT to my team and now want to just move him.

Hopefully it works out for you, but I think this is more like a gambler having lost and then placing a larger wager to try to get back his losses only to lose the follow up bet.

From 2012-2014 (prior to Dez's injuries which have plagued him the past 2 seasons), Thomas caught more passes for more yardage and only a total of 6 more TDs. While there are some criticizing Thomas' drop in production this season, what kind of guarantees do you have with Dez? The Cowboys aren't going back to Romo...at least not at this point...nor should they. Dak runs a more conservative offense. It is hard to see Dez bouncing back to the same level of production he had during those prior years. I own him in one league and I'd like for it to happen but realistically it is a hard sell.

Maybe the 2 year age difference between DT and Dez ultimately pays off for you.

I think that this is a very even trade. Ultimately, it depends on your preference. I think that the reliability is definitively on the DT/Henry side: they'll both be consistently productive for a long time. The higher ceiling is on the Dez/Booker side: they could be explosive.

Some prefer the consistent dependable production, others prefer the homerun/strikeout players. That would be the deciding factor for me.

Dez side for me.

People's valuation of DT & Dez differ so much, and I think that's what will determine this trade for most. I'm not sure if DT is ever going to get the chance to be a WR1 again unless a good QB shows up in Denver, so who knows? Meanwhile my biggest concern for Dez was Romo's career, and now there's a future QB1 in Dallas so I think Dez will still have WR1 years ahead. I'd take his side.

I like Booker and Henry both a lot, and don't know if I think Michael or Doyle will do much beyond this season. Some good pieces on both sides of this, but I'd take the Dez side myself, and maybe try to flip Doyle immediately.
