Pryor/Montgomery vs HHenry

For team 1 in sig.

Still rebuilding and looking to sell Montgomery and potentially Pryor too. I want to go after Henry and was thinking about offering the pair for him. Would this be considered a slight overpay?

The Henry owner also owns Lacy/Stark

Seems like an overpay. If you could send Montgomery for Henry, that would be good value. Montgomery can be replaced on the team by other wrs and by RBs (even though he is carrying both roles currently). Henry is the future. I love Pryor so I wouldn't want to give him up in this deal. If you must add to it, how about Perriman or CPatt? (just a thought)

As a Henry owner, I would not accept that offer in a 10 team league. Montgomery was WW material until 2-3 weeks ago and the other team will probably have other options that he feels more confident to start in a 10-team league. IMO, Henry seems to have a bright future as a NFL player and has a good shot to be a consistently top5 TE for years to come.

I may be biased though.

Agree with barro, if you could get Henry for those two, I'd do it, Henry was the #1-2 TE in this draft- getting him for ww pick ups would be a steal

Like above..as a Henry owner, that is not enough. It usually takes tes a couple years to start producing because it is difficult to learn the full playbook with routes and blocking. After 7 weeks Henry seems to have it already. He should be a top 5 te for years to come.

I pitched him the idea last night via email. He has a few tough weeks ahead because of bye weeks and he already has Gronk/Doyle.

He just proposed it to me, do I accept?

You shouldn't hesitate to sell pryor. Next year he will start the year as 28yr old WR, his career arc will be short so sell high now

Yes, hit accept! Montgomery is simply a value because the packs rb situation. Once they get Davis acclimated it'll mean fewer touches for Ty. Pryor is not someone to build around imo. He is a play him if you need him type. I take that deal. And I ignore the duke Johnson offer.

I just think it's a fair trade in a 10 team league, pretty even. Take the side you like. Consider that Pryor is gonna see a target drop at least somewhat when Coleman comes back soon, and I don't know what Montgomery looks like in the future, but I do like him. GB is just kind of crowded and no one there is reliable but Cobb right now, strange as that may be.

Yeah I think i'm leaning towards it. I picked both of these guys off the wire in the past couple weeks.
