Who to draft.

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

My preference would be Dak as nearly everyone on that list is basically a backup player who is filling in for someone who is hurt. At 2-5 your picks should be focused on next season.

It comes down to Dak, Ware or McKinnon for me. IMO, the only sure fire guy that will be in his teams plans next year is Dak.

However, if you think you can pick up Ware and then trade him off for something better than Dak, I would definitely take that route. There is nothing wrong with you putting out feelers before the draft stating you are taking Ware (even if you decide to change your mind and go with Dak) and asking a few owners (separately) if they would be interesting in trading for him since you are building for next season. If you dont get any takers on a trade, I would go with Dak.

EDIT: the same idea could be applied to McKinnon...I know some people LOVED him preseason...but if he is on your waivers, Im guessing there was no one in your league that felt that way.

In a 10-team league where you start only 1 QB, I would pass on Dak. The Chiefs clearly like Ware, and there's no guarantee that Charles will be on the team next season. I like McKinnon too, but I would take Ware over him.

For me its Ware as well. I have a feeling Charles isn't a chief next season.

Because if there is one player in the NFL most likely to be the next Justin Blackmon, it is Bryant. I drafted him late in a league with the sole purpose of trading him in the off season. If that is your goal then he is a sensible choice. If instead you have it in mind to hang onto him for his return to the field and anticipated production then he would be one of the last people I'd consider.

Ware for me pretty easily. He's 24 years old, and he's RB7 right now in PPR leagues. He's shown he can handle the load. At worst, he can be flipped for much better value than Dak in a 1 QB league. And I'm not even sure I would flip him unless a great offer came. He's signed thru 2018 very affordably, and could very easily be the starting RB in KC for the next few seasons. I think his value is only going to go up from here.

DE - Hunter, Melvin Ingram, JPP, Fowler, Nassib, Golden, Turay
LB - Keuchley, Telvin, Deion Jones, Fred Warner
DB - Bates, John Johnson, McDougald, Justin Reid, Geathers, R Harrison, Whitehead

Honestly any of these are dice-roll enough where someone is gonna be totally sure right now then be eating crow in less than two years.

I'd roll the dice on Ware. I think he's in a great offense for a strong RB, and Charles is aging quickly, maybe moving on. Ware has a pretty immense ceiling.
