Amari offer

In my 12-team 2QB/2TE dynasty, I was offered Latavius, Julius, '17 1st for Amari, Virgil tho he doesn't really want to part with the 1st. I was thinking of countering using some bench guys to try to get Tyrod into the deal. That enough to part with Amari?

I have to cut to 25 by Sep 5th, but if I can improve my youth/quality at all 3 spots (&/or get the 1st as well), it feels worth the loss, right?
