Big Julio trade [POLL]

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Which side is better for my team?

Big Julio trade [POLL]

Postby jnappy » Mon Jul 04, 2016 8:40 pm

I've been going back and forth with Julio's owner in the league of team 2 in my sig. I'm definitely looking good for this season, and I feel like Julio could push me over the top. He offered Julio, Alshon, and Forsett for Sammy, AJG, and Washington. Should I stick with what I have or trade up for Julio?

I like it
giving up some youth, but not all that much really...you got the best player in the deal and I have a feeling Sammy will have an injury filled career unfortunately... id say its a good trade

I think it's pretty even. If I had to pick a side, I'd probably take the Julio side, but I think it's fair.

VERY Fair trade.

Julio > AJG
Alshon < Watkins.

I think it comes down to personal preference. I slightly prefer the Watkins/AJG side. I think the Watkins injury narrative is a little overblown. He's missed less games in his career than OBJ has....

Julio/Alshon for me, but it's somewhat close. I'm just of the belief that none of the other players in the deal have the type of PPR ceiling that Julio does. It's just my personal opinion, but of Julio/AJG/Alshon/Watkins, Julio is the only player in the deal with a legit 400pt season long ceiling, and I think even his floor is closer to the other WR's ceiling. In standard scoring it's a bit different for me, but in PPR Julio is on another level.

Pretty much a push across the board and driven solely by preference. I voted Watkins/AJG as I would rather gamble on the possible upside of Washington than that of of Forsett.

Julio/Alshon side and I don't think its close.

Julio>AJG
Alshon>Sammy

Neither back has enough value for me to consider them swaying this deal. I would take this in a heartbeat.

I'll take the Watkins side by a small, but not insignificant margin.

For what it's worth I think people are looking at this wrong. Sammy > AJG in my books.
