Smallwood

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I've been nabbing him mostly in the early-mid 3rd, but in some leagues I've seen him go late 2nd. Such a shallow offensive class that once you get past the mid 2nd you just go with who you like best.

I did take draft him at 2.12 in one league, but I didn't have a 3rd and all of the other players I liked in that range were already off the board.

Smallwood went two picks before I had a chance to take him. That was a recurring theme for me.

As someone with a depleted RB corps (traded away for WR + Picks), I was able to pick him and DeAndre Washington up in Mid/Late Round 4. Are both long term solutions? I'd bet the house, no, but I'll take the shot this year.

Still new to the forum. I've seen JAG twice now... Curious what it stands for? Just A Guy?

Thanks for sharing. RBs going early this year has more to do with the thin WR corp. I have a funny feeling my draft will have LBs and DEs coming off the board all 2-3rd rd. Lots of interesting options this year. If I want to back up Mathews, looks like it will have to be at 2.11. That seems too early for me.

Thanks man, all I can say is WOW, so I'm in a 12 team league and with this draft that means Michael Thomas and Hunter Henry drop to the 2nd round, that would be amazing if it happened

I'm getting the feeling because we are only 2 weeks removed from the NFL draft that we'll be seeing very sporadic drafts and people reaching for who they want, and as we get closer to pre season rookie drafts will start to be more clear, really shows who has been doing their homework with drafts happening now, my league drafts Sunday and I cant wait
