Duke for Lockett and Perriman Trade *UPDATE*

Looking to make the following trade:

I give up Duke Johnson + the 2016 1.04, 3.03, and 3.04

He gives up Tyler Lockett + Breshad Perriman + the 2016 1.06 and 3.10


I'm high on Duke and very low on Perriman. But I still think this is a no-brainer. Thoughts?

I should probably note this is a contract league. Duke is on a 2yr $6 contract. Lockett is 2yr $9. And Perriman is 2yr $20.

That's how I feel. Even considering that I'm way down on Perriman, free is free. I accepted and I'm probably going to look to flip Perriman now.

I'm thinking of taking Perriman and Melvin Gordon and trading them for Decker and a 2017 1st.

Perriman and Gordon are on 2yr $20 dollar contracts. I just think Perriman is so raw that it's unlikely he gives me much before his contract is up. Decker is on a 3yr $14 dollar contract.

With only two years left, that could make sense unless you have some sort of restricted free agency. I think Gordon turns it around this year though.

I agree about Gordon. We are allowed to extend one player per year, but I have OBJ and Gurley coming up for extension soon so I doubt I'll be able to use one on Perriman.


He amended his offer to a 2017 1st for Perriman. I like that even better.

This is an easy, easy yes. Do that deal. I think Melvin will bounce back, but you're shedding contract dollars and getting a 17 1st.

Ended up pulling the trigger on Perriman for a 2017 1st. Very pleased since I do like Gordon to bounce back.
