Trade for the 1.02

Postby Plung » Sat Mar 19, 2016 10:45 pm

Would the 1.08 and 1.09 be enough to move up to the 1.02? If not what would need to be added?

Could be... Really depends on the owner. It is probably much easier to trade a player + a pick to move up. This draft is tougher with it being so 1-2/3 heavy.

Definitely offer it up though. Someone just traded the 1.03 for the 1.07 and 2.3 in my league. Yours is a better offer.

You can offer it, but I would guess it will be rejected.
I was offered almost the exact same trade as this in one of my leagues and it was a pretty easy reject. For me, the 1.8 to 2.4 is an area of the draft where I'm not real confident that those players will return that type of value; therefore I wouldn't give the 1.2 and a shot at Tread or Elliott to go there.

That wouldn't be enough for me, as I still have Treadwell quite a bit higher than anyone else. However, if the owner isn't a believer in Treadwell or someone else, he might accept that.

It took the 1.7, 1.8, & 1.10 to move my 1.2. Others may take less.

I traded my 1.2 for the 1.6/1.7/2.3 if that helps

Gotta think in tiers. Draft looks like this for me:

Tier 1 - Treadwell, Elliot
Tier 2 - Henry
Tier 3 - Picks 4-9
Tier 4+ etc. etc.

So for me, that's two tier 3 players for a tier 1 player which is not even. Pick 1 and 2 are pretty valuable this year, gotta ante up!

I declined Ty Hilton + 1.04 for the 1.02. May have been the wrong choice but i feel the 1.02 will spike in value after the NFL draft.

Wow that's a ballsy rejection. TY should be worth close to the 1.02 alone. I'd love to get this offer for my 1.02, and would likely take an offer of anything along the lines of 2 of 1.04-6 and 1.07-9 plus a sweetener like a second. Anything less and I'm likely just making the pick myself.

I traded the 1.06 and the 1.07 in order to get the 1.02 in my league. The team with the 1.02 is rebuilding and wanted more picks so if you got the picks, I would for sure do that to trade up.

you can offer it up but I agree it will likely get rejected. but if the guy at the 1.02 is rebuilding, he may take the extra picks. If I was rebuilding and had the 1.02, I'd probably be looking for another late 1st or very early 2nd pick

Wouldn't be enough for me if I owned the 1.02...I do own 1.03 and 1.04 and still not sure I'd give either up for that offer.

I always use the DLF value chart found here >>> http://dynastyleaguefootball.com/2015/0 ... lue-chart/

1.2 = 2199 value

1.8 = 733
1.9 = 646 total of 1379.

Would need to add another middle to late 1st or a piece from your team to interest the 1.2 owner. This year draft highly unlikely your picks alone will get it done but is a starting point.
