Who wins this trade in a dynasty league

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

You should redo this as a poll. You'll get a much bigger response.

I'm going with the Nuk/Cooper side. Brown is a monster, but he and Nuk are about equal while I have Cooper > DT due to age and situation. Now if Cooper and DT somehow switched teams, I'd roll with DT, but with Cooper being Carr's security blanket and the inevitable improvement in year 2, he's the easy choice.

Nuk/Cooper....Gap between Thomas and Cooper to me is going to be huge. DT already 28 too.

Nuk and Cooper. I agree with Samhain34, polls usually get better response.

Add on that a poll will get you a much better quantity of response but not necessarily quality.

I'm going against the grain here or at least going to ask a question, are you contending in the next 2 years or rebuilding? If you're contending i'd make the case for Brown & DT side. Brown has the best QB situation of the 4 and barring injury would be shocked if he is not a top 3 WR the next 2-3 years. DT was WR9 this year with a corpse of Peyton Manning and newbie Osweiler. Everyone is worried about life post Manning but DT did just fine in the games Osweiler started. And do we have to go back to when he was a WR1 with Tim Tebow. I think Nuk and Cooper win in the equation of overall talent, but while Nuk has proven to be QB proof there is always uncertainty there and Cooper was grossly inconsistent this year and while that should right itself in growing with Carr over the years I'm not certain it will right itself next year or the year after to be top 5 WR status.

you really cant get much safer, combined with production, than brown and dt imo, but i think you have to go with nuk and cooper at this point because of age. i cant help but have concerns about early retirement right now!

last offseason, all the chatter was about calvin and how he could still be a wr1 for a few seasons....we were right, but what we didnt see was that he would just step away. i guess anyone could retire at any time...but i will definately be keeping this in mind as i move forward in my leagues.

Nuk/Cooper - I love AB, but would take the Nuk/Cooper side every time.

as you can see the nuk/coop side is favored because of youth, but i honestly wouldnt be suprised to see brown and dt put up more points for the next 3 or so years...which is a long time in fantasy football. i would keep that in mind as you build your team.

Thank God SOMEBODY finally is not so youth-obsessed.

my bad! I mixed up my posts.

I'll go against the grain and take AB and Thomas. I think the younger players are also studs, but AB is too good and Thomas had a down year from what I'm hearing from people and still put up WR1 numbers. Both the older wideouts also have a good more than a couple years of WR1 left in them as well.

Agreed. Also, what if he is playing in a 16 team league? Then that 1st rounder doesn't look so good if the guy he gives Jordy to is already a contender. I'm know I'm not selling Jordy for that as he is still ARod's favorite target. I'm also a contender and don't want to trade away proven, "old" players for youth and question marks.
Something went terribly wrong here...

I'm all for the Nuk/Cooper side, but I've been firmly in their camps for a while. AB likely outscores them all, but Nuk could be close on his heels and Cooper and DT will likely be pretty close (DT flat out disappeared in the playoffs, which is a bit of a concern). If I can get Cooper in return for him, that's a major coup considering his value is in the toilet right now.

I guess it depends on your team make up for me.

I'd lean Antonio side, but I'm probably in the minority. He is the safest play at the WR spot, and will be, baring some graphic change, for the next 3 years.
