A deal like this would have been laughed at 3 weeks ago unless a 1st was added to Moncrief. A lot of people assumed the Colts were down on him.
Right now, and largely because of recency bias, I think you'll be hard pressed to find a Moncrief owner who will trade him for Hill.

Anyone who thought the Colts were down on Moncrief just because the idiot front office drafted Dorsett as a luxury pick is misguided. They're different players, every offence needs a big WR and Donte has a bright future with his ridiculous size/speed/aerial athleticism, and Andre Johnson is not the man he once was and his contract has no guarantees after this year. FYI, I too own both Hill and Donte and am high on both.
Well UTH is exercising a boatload of recency bias AND future telling in taking Donte over Hill "without hesitation". That's quite ridiculous and I'm not going to give them any kind of props for that kind of outlandish valuation. Will they be valued similarly in dynasty at some point in the future? Perhaps. Do 3 TDs over 3 games from Donte and a poor start (fumble benching etc) from Hill make Donte look good and Hill look poor atm? Yes. But Donte had one big game last year, meanwhile Hill lead the league in rushing yards from Week 9 onwards. That cannot be ignored...and on the basis of that alone, UTH are off their chops.
The question is: Would you trade a dynasty top 5 back, who is only 22 years of age, for Donte Moncrief? The answer, unless you have a stack of young stud backs and no WRs to speak of, is emphatically - no.
