A lot depends on your situation, who you have to start, etc. IMO, you'd be getting one productive (right now) player, who's value isn't as high if you're not playing in a PPR league. Not knowing any particulars, I'd keep what you have.

Are you competitive this year? I am a big fan of Landry but losing AJG's production this year would be a deal breaker if you are competing this year.

Yes but the goal is to win. I agree with your assessment of values but throwing away your season based on value trade is foolish. Your getting the two better wrs, the rbs I may give a slight edge to Murray because he is the main rb in Oak. I'd take the deal. I just wouldn't count on Dez for anything this year.
