FAAB Bid for Rashaad Penny?
Someone dropped Penny in my league. Half PPR 4 keeper $200 annual draft budget ($100 FAAB budget). Keeper value is FAAB Bid + 10%. In total rebuilding mode. What would you bid on Penny? I'm thinking $16-20 range, curious to here everyone's thoughts.

If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

Penny isn't worth keeping in a 4 keeper league, regardless of price.
Bid 15-20% I suppose, because why not. It's essentially a redraft league.
