This is all going to come down to personal opinion and what you think is going to happen to Bell next year and his future with the Steelers. I had Bell last year when he didn't report until the week before the first game of the season. It took him about 4 weeks into the year before he really got going and I forsee that happening again this year. So if you are willing to live with the slow start and an uncertain future go with Bell because when he is going 100% you are getting a RB and WR in one player. Plus based on your roster in your Sig, you can afford to trade Hopkins.
