Who would you keep?

Postby hendo » Tue Dec 26, 2017 9:05 pm

14 team, 27-30 player rosters, $350 salary cap, PPR, TE premium, start: 1 QB, 3 RBs, 4 WRs, 2 TEs, 3 Flex (RB, WR, TE), 1 Superflex (QB, RB, WR, TE). Finished 8th but won Toilet Bowl so get 1.01 for $35, then 2.06 for $16 and 3.06 for $2. Rostered players to keep go up $5 or 10% this next season which I will give future values. There is also an auction to fill out your roster after rookie draft.

So who do you keep and why? At 1.01 is Barkley a no brainer?

QB C Wentz $32
RB D Cook $37
RB K Hunt $29
RB D Henry $33
RB T Coleman $31
RB A Jones $10
RB E McGuire $10
WR D Hopkins $46
WR M Thomas $47
WR A Robinson $45
WR C Meredith $19
WR C Godwin $11
TE E Engram $22

RB S Barkley $35 (or whomever at 1.01) to be figured into the mix out of $350. Need $18 for 2.06 and 3.06 picks, plus at least $25+ to fill out roster to 27. TIA!

I've never really played in salary capped leagues, so it's hard to say who you should keep, but I can probably say it's safe to drop McGuire and spend that money on someone else.

As for the 1.01, it's definitely Barkley right now unless something crazy happens from now till your draft.

I was high on Aaron Jones but he cant seem to stay healthy and cant block. Williams on the other hand is doing both of those things and will likely be his position to lose next training camp.

I agree with McGuire not having much upside either. Rest are keepers.

Barkley is number 1 for sure.
