Yup, Jeffery is the cut here.
I would try like hell to package him with Gurley for a top 10 asset or draft picks before outright cutting him though.
Maybe something like Alshon and A Rob for Cooper? Really, just consolidating risk and talent would be a great option before outright cutting a good player so I'd go that route first.

Looking over each team and going through the keepers it looks like the only real oppourtunity is OBJ. The guys 4th keeper is very suspect (either Doug Martin or Landry).
