Easily Crowell, iMO. The others, to me, aren't even worth consideration.

Demarco is definitely a consideration here, but I would most likely end up keeping Crow.

Why not keep Demarco over Hill? Unless you believe Hill has WR1 potential for years, I would lean towards Murray in my flex and go for the ship.

I'm making a few assumptions about your scoring and lineup requirements so you'll have to excuse me if this is way off.

Format is 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1 Flex.

The plan would be Howard, Gurley, then Crow/Murray in flex

ARob and Hill at WR.

If I can only pick between Murray and Crow, I'd pick Murray. Dude is legit, not injury prone, and you'll likely have different prospects for the flex keeper next year. I think Murray has a better chance of scoring more for you this year, so I would pick him over Crow.

i don't think I can say that murray is not injury prone... he has been a little healthier last few years but in general he has battled injuries his whole career, and he is prob the running back with the most miles on him in the league now other then McCoy...
that being said, its still murray for me no question. I like murray over gurley this year too, and don't really have him to far off howard... mind you that's short term thinking... murray is far more talented then crow, better team better o line.. id be amazed if crow out points murray this year
only downfall with murray is he has a very legit back behind him just waiting to take over. so maybe try to get him in your draft as insurance

I don't consider Murray any more injury prone than any other RB. He does have a lot of miles on him and has had various injuries throughout his career though.
I think the advice for getting Henry is a smart move and could prove to be a solid keeper should he take over as the lead RB.

Here's some fun with numbers.

Let's say that Murray has 20% fewer touches this year than last. Entirely reasonable: he carried the ball just shy of 300 times and had more than 50 receptions. He wore down later in the year, and Henry looks legit.

Let's say that Crowell has 20% more touches this year than last. Entirely reasonable: Hue Jackson loves to run the ball, Cleveland improved its already-decent offensive line, and Crowell carried fewer than 200 times last year.

Let's also say that Murray and Crowell have the same averages as last year. The 20% number would also give Murray and Crowell approximately the same number of carries for this upcoming season.

If we do that, then Crowell would have more rushing yards, more rushing touchdowns, more receiving yards, and more receptions. He'd finish with fewer receiving yards.

Fun with numbers, but those numbers tell a very compelling story...

anything is possible. I can see crowell getting more rushing yards..but not receptions or receiving yards. id be amazed if crowell out scores murray in a ppr this year.
everything said above is reasonable though. really it comes down to preference.. I think crowell might be the safer pick, but if im going for the ship this year, id rather have murray... especially if henry is available
