12 team 1/2PPR, where you start 2-3 Rbs and 3-4 Wrs. I need help with my last keeper? Who would you rather have?

Bilal Powell for a 10th round pick
or
Donte Moncrief for a 10th round pick

I'm leaning Powell. For what it's worth, my other keepers are Zeke and Keenan Allen

For a 10th, I'd keep Moncrief. His ceiling is higher imo.
