Big Trade

Postby AndrewS » Mon Nov 07, 2016 12:17 pm

Which side do you like in a 10 team half ppr with 2 keepers?
Side A: Melvin Gordon/Booker/DeAndre Hopkins
Side B: LeVeon Bell/Corey Coleman

I already have AP, Evans and Reed so i have options for 2017 keepers (2 per team). My team is currently in 1st by a game so it isn't necessary to tweak it at all but just wondering which side most people like better. Thanks!

Evans is a lock as a keeper, and I think that Bell would be the second-best option.

But, if playing for this year, I think that the Gordon side is a better choice. So, I'd pick side A and worry about the second keeper another time.

Thanks, probably should've listed my team:
QB BREES
RB BELL, MICHAEL, GIO, AP (injured), DIXON, MONTGOMERY
WR EVANS, M THOMAS, TATE, MONTGOMERY (due to the dual eligibility)
TE REED
we start 1qb, 2rbs, 2wrs, 1te, 1flx, etc
Not sure if that changes anything but figured i'd list it for perspective.

Taking a flier on Hopkins for the rest of the year wouldn't hurt for your wrs either by doing trade, but giving bell away is never easy.

AP would not be one of my keepers, it is Evans and either Bell or Hopkins, depending on whether or not you take the deal. I personally like Bell more this year and as a keeper if you already have an elite WR1 in Evans, so I would choose that side, but could not fault you for going with the Hopkins side.

Since it's a half point ppr, I think I prefer the Bell side now and in the future.
