I prefer Kelce over Reed, and Reed's career is one concussion away from being done. I'd consider trading Montgomery while his value is high.

Kelce by a mile.
With Reeds injury issues if someone approached me about Kelce and offered Montgomery and Reed for him I would instantly decline their offer and in this trade Kelce's side is adding.. Doesn't make much sense to me.
