Favorite place to draft in a startup?

Drafting draft slots for my next startup tonight not sure where i'm picking but need to prepare for anything. What's your favorite slot to draft from? Why?

Well it depends. How many teams are in the league? I'm assuming 12 for my response. Are the rookie picks included in the draft? Or is it opposite order of startup order. If it's opposite order, last pick of 1st round is a no brainer. If rookie picks are included in the draft, I'd want 1.7-1.09
