Get Brian Quick Now

I'm half delirious from eating 20 Twinkies for lunch, and I'm also extremely tired. But I've got to tell you to get Brian Quick now while you can. The guy is going to be an absolute monster this season.

I'm going to go take a nap now. Afterwards I'll come back and give you the details.

I was browsing through some recent posts when something reminded me of a favorite thread from last season. The "Get Brian Quick Now" thread.

I just wanted to relive a little of that. :-)

I remember that thread. I had quick at the time and was anticating some grand insight...that never materialised. Good times.

I enjoyed that quite a bit. There's this unfortunate nugget:

"If Quick can be bought for a mid to late second, I would advise everyone to do that. AA Recievers do take one year to adjust to the speed of the game and this guy has agility for a big guy. Let me remind you that most big recievers dont possess agility, such as Josh Gordon. This is why I'd rather own Quick instead of Gordon because Quick is a more natural fit for the NFL, while Gordon, IMO, will have to rely on deep patterns to be effective."
