Okay I drafted Quick a year ago and have sat on him for a year now so obviously I like him, but to say "get him at all costs" is a bit insane. He's not that good nor is he likely to ever be that good.

quick dose have some upside. he did nothing last year but that can be expected from a player from a small school coming to the nfl. look at shorts. he sucked in his first season. theres alota risk to getting him tho. he could be a total bust. im considering offering the 2.08 for him if theres nobody i like there on draft day. i wouldnt go any higher than that.

Maybe my opinion is a bit surface or reactionary, but I'm tempted to agree with this. For all the darts the Rams have thrown at the WR position in the last few years, I would think they'd hit on more than Amendola and perhaps Givens. The front office has seen a lot of turnover in the last few years as well, so perhaps some of the wheel-spinning is the result of a turnstile in offensive philosophy?

I felt Donnie Avery was a reach when they made him the #1 WR drafted in 2008, and I scratched my head when they pulled the trigger on Quick in the 2nd round last year. Seemed early for a player so raw, especially with players like Jeffery, Sanu, and Randle still on the board.

I think it's a 50/50 proposition as to whether or not Quick turns into a valuable fantasy asset, and I'd rather have any of the three WR's above on my squad than him. But I'd like to hear the pro-Quick argument as well.

I couldn't wait for his explanation. I just traded Rodgers, Megatron, AJ Green, AD, Foster, Gronk, and Graham for Quick. He said at all costs right? CHAMPIONSHIP!
