What are your general thoughts on his value going forward? Is he a legit slot WR who can put up WR2 numbers? I think he's 6'6" so he has that advantage.

Re: David Nelson
Nelson is a big receiver, 6'5" I believe around 214 lbs. Doesn't have great speed but is a decent red-zone option. I think he has value but not at wr2, I would be more comfortable at wr3 or 4.

Re: David Nelson
I'm holding Nelson for now as my #5 receiver pretty much. I do like his potential and feel he can function as a slot or receiving TE in Buffalo. I would like to see them add a deep threat to open up the field a little more(Meacham would've been nice, Manningham would also fit that role). I'll give him another year before really deciding on him.

Re: David Nelson
Easley could very well be the deep threat they need. The staff and players like him and he's apparently past his heart condition.BigB wrote:I'm holding Nelson for now as my #5 receiver pretty much. Re: David Nelson
I'm holding on Nelson. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but he's been learning to play the slot position, which is a tough position to learn. He had decent numbers for someone who's just learning, so I'm hopeful that he'll progress and really turn it up this season.

Re: David Nelson
I like Easley, also want to see what happens with Jones coming back from injury. He looked good in sports, and I think either him or Easley would compliment Stevie if they're used right.
And yeah he was just getting used to the slot last year and had solid numbers. Don't see him getting higher than a WR3, but he could be a nice piece to have.
