Skins offense is starting to look good. Don't forget about Hankerson and old man Moss, plus they are rumored to be signing Josh Morgan as well.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Redskins are "on the verge" of signing free agent WR Josh Morgan.
It's expected to be a two-year deal. Like Pierre Garcon, Morgan is one of the league's most effective per-play receivers after the catch. The Redskins are looking to maximize Robert Griffin III's downfield playmaking ability. Santana Moss could move to the slot with Garcon and Morgan both in town.

Was just about to post about Morgan going to the Skins as well. Shanny is killing my boy Hankerson's value.

As for Garcon, he'll be a good deep threat for RG3. I've never been a fan.

I like the signing but I think Garcon is overrated. He got to play with one of the all time greats and I believe he had the worst catch rate for any Peyton Manning era Colts WR. Last season, he picked up a large chunk of his points on a couple of 90ish yard, lucky catches.

I don't think that Morgan will be a big threat to Hankerson. Morgan has been underperforming  his entire career. Used to be a believer but was repeatedly let down :( . I am a Hankerson owner and think that Garcon may actually help Hankerson's value.

Johnson loses more than Colston as Colston has a better chance at another ring than either Johnson or Garcon.

X200. This Redskins offense screams mediocre to me. RG3/Garcon/Hankerson/Davis/Morgan/Helu/Royster does not excite me in the least.

Also, Garcon is not the deep threat people think he is. He has one of the lowest catch rates of any WR on deep passes and poses little to no red zone threat. I am avoiding D.C. at all costs now and in the near future.

So how exactly with the huge penalty are the Redskins able to afford this without breaking more cap rules?

Expect a fast fall & fade a la Braylon Edwards for Garcon. Then again he never was that good to begin with.

As I understand it, Garcon got his yards on YAC, whereas VJax got his on being deep in the first place. Two different types of deep weapons.

Talk on NFL Net the last few days of how Morgan was a target for a number of franchises. Many of them believed he was a well-rounded WR hindered by SF offensive changes in general, and Alex Smith in particular, over the years.
