Colt McCoy: dynasty future?????

Postby Shawn » Mon Dec 26, 2011 2:34 pm

So year 2 didn't go as well as year 1 for Colt McCoy on the Browns, is this the end of Colt McCoy being dynasty relavant? Could he use a change of scenery, perhaps a move away from the AFC North? Overall, he's started for just about a full NFL season with the Browns, yet at the same time he hasn't had great weapons on the team, especially at the Wide Receiver position. Thoughts????

Yep. And if he's lucky, he'll keep that job for 3-5 years.

I think he may have some but most likely little success else where. Every since his injury in the National Championship game he hasn't been the same player.

A lot of people expect the Browns to take a QB in the draft. I think they should use those picks elsewhere and sign Flynn.

I disagree. I would MUCH rather end up with Luck or Griffin. With Flynn, I would expect to get yet another Kevin Kolb situation and I am tired of not having a franchise-quality QB.

Colt is like Ponder. He hasn't looked good at all, but he has the built in excuse of not having any good WRs to throw to. I am losing confidence that Ponder will be any good, and I lost that confidence in Colt as well.
