Winston has been pretty good the last 2 years, but people dislike him and can't hide their biases. He had a really good 2017 but the team around him was awful. He had that disastrous game against Cincy last year that got him benched but he played really well after that. The biggest issues in Tampa were their coaching, not their QB play. Winston will thrive under Arians as will the offense as a whole. Koetter was a bum.

I have no idea where the jameis hate comes from. Theres always just a few guys everyone hates. Is he on tape smacking his mom or something?

Not sure I'd put him in the top 18... Maybe now with Arians there's some hope, but up until last year, I'd have him in the bottom 25%.
