I am wondering if there is a service (free or paid) that tracks your multiple teams in one place? Or, if anyone has a spreadsheet template they use and would be willing to share, that'd be great. Went from 3 to 7 leagues this past year (0 to 3 in dynasty), and am looking for something to make my work moire efficient.

I'm not the biggest FantasyPros fan, but I'm pretty sure it does have some cool features, like weekly power rankings for both the current season and dynasty-wise. I've seen guys in my leagues post screenshots of those rankings in chats.

I subscribe to a few places, https://www.fantasypros.com can handle multiple teams. $3, $5, or $8 a month. 60% off for a year. I import all of my leagues—MFL (x3), Yahoo, etc.

I am curious as to what aspects of your multiple teams you would like to "track"? Do you just mean view rosters in one location? Also, guys, what does the FantasyPros service allow you to do that MFL does not?
