Do any sites track yardage that were taken away

This is something I was thinking about today, does any site track yardage that came back because of a penalty? What I'm looking for is players that are just unlucky. How many times have you watched a player have a big play(s) and have it called back due to a penalty that had absolutely nothing to do with the play. I know that's just the way it is but I'd bet there are a few players out there that are just unlucky and had a disproportionate number of called back plays. If we could identify them we might be able to acquire them at a discount because the regular stats don't show that they had bad luck with penalties. If their luck turns back to "normal" we could have a steal of a player.

Not that I'm aware of, but I remember hearing a stat about Torrey Smith, I think it was, having the most PA yards of any player, one year, so somebody must track it, just not sure if it's accessible to the public, as it's so obscure.

It’s not officially tracked by the NFL, so it would have to be someone doing it off their TV or professionally (and more important privately).

Actually, scratch that. The original yardage is tracked in penalty plays on nflgsis, so it wouldn’t be that hard to get. Not sure anyone really cares enough to publish it though.
