Re: Should You Reward An Offensive Player Making A Tackle After A Turnover?
You talking in IDP? I thought most leagues give credit for a tackle in that case.

Re: Should You Reward An Offensive Player Making A Tackle After A Turnover?
I think there needs to be more poll options
Re: Should You Reward An Offensive Player Making A Tackle After A Turnover?
Why wouldn't you?
Not all that counts can be counted. Not all that can be counted counts.
Re: Should You Reward An Offensive Player Making A Tackle After A Turnover?
If it's an IDP league that gives points for tackles then absolutely.
Do you reward a defense player for scoring a TD after a turnover?

Re: Should You Reward An Offensive Player Making A Tackle After A Turnover?
Here's something that happened to me this season that kind of pissed me off. I was playing against a receiver that fumbled the ball (minus 2 psts, whooohoooo). The defender that stripped the ball recovered the fumble but since the receiver was touching him when he recovered the fumble, the receiver was credited with a tackle. Mind you the receiver didn't know where the ball was or who had it, he just happened to be touching the defender that recovered the fumble. So instead of losing two points he was credited with a tackle and only lost 1pt.

Especially in an IDP league that counts tackles for defensive players.
I only play in 16x53 with 10+ taxi size leagues with full IDP. All are PPR and most value return yardage. So my opinions may be skewed To these deep roster leagues.

Annoying for you but scored correctly.Maker wrote: ↑Sat Feb 09, 2019 1:13 pm Here's something that happened to me this season that kind of pissed me off. Re: Should You Reward An Offensive Player Making A Tackle After A Turnover?
In an IDP league, absolutely. However, offensive player tackle scoring should be such that the net outcome of a Fumble or INT turnover can’t lead a player to return positive points. Example being -2 for a Fumble or INT, but +3 for offensive player tackle. A player shouldn’t gain +1 for the combination of those events.

I cannot understand why you guys are responding to this TROLL. It's Turco. He was banned recently (hence his disappearance last few days). And now he's using one of his multiple burner accounts (Berley 25, Nflnz, CW Mruchison Jr., Silver Star, etc.).
Let's get rid of this TROLL once and for all. That begins with DLF members not taking the bait!

Not true, he posted on Turco's thread, in support of Turco posting his bylaws and therefore making Turco credible....Cult of Dionysus wrote: ↑Sat Feb 09, 2019 5:40 pm Yup, new poster, no links to real leagues, asking inane questions, doesn't post in other peoples' threads, bumps his own threads, stinks like a troll...
