Three chances to stop them on 3rd and 10 and Romo was up there calling all of the Patriots plays. Too bad nobody on the KC sideline getting paid to coach football had a clue about what was obvious to the guy getting paid to talk about football.bjd5211 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 21, 2019 6:18 pm KC's D had 3 chances to stop them on 3rd and 10, the first 2 would have forced punts the 3rd a FG. Stop them on any of them and they get the ball with a chance to win. KC had their chance(s) and didn't make the plays, they didn't deserve to win.
LA lost the coin toss but they won their game.

Re: Championship Games
If it did not take Mahomes over half a game to show up, the Chiefs would have won.
Something that will come with more experience I am sure.

Re: Championship Games
KC/Reid made an awful decision deferring to the 2nd half. The identity of this team is their offense, it was the first AFC Title game in KC in years (maybe ever, I forget) and the crowd was rocking. If they take the ball and go down and score they will seize momentum and get the crowd going even more. Instead they gave it to NE who proceeds to just run the ball down their throats, chewing up clock and quieting the crowd, while also leaving their offense on the sideline waiting forever to get on the field after warm-ups.
