If a trade like this ever went through, it falls into the rare category of something that should be vetoed.

Shouldn't be vetoed, should just kick both owners out of the league if a trade like that ever went through. In this case, it sounds like you're upset that it was offered to you, which you rightfully should be. But not sure what you can do other than reject and move on. You can I guess troll him or make fun of him by posting it on your league page.

But assuming it's not a troll thread and it's actually a real trade, if I'm the commish of this league:

1. I'm vetoing the hell outta this (and I 99% of the time am against vetos).
2. Kicking the owner who first offered this trade out of the league. He's either entirely incompetent (bad for the league) or already planning on quitting and just blowing it all up for the hell of it (bad for the league).
3. If the owner who benefited complains about my veto I'm giving him the option of either staying and taking part in a dispersal draft with the new orphan, or leaving and then we can just run a dispersal draft with 2 new owners.
