well, i mean that depends. you can't just throw out a terrible rookie year. Most franchise Qb's look at least competent their rookie year. Who else looked lost their rookie year and turned out to be pretty good. Can't think of any off the top of my head aside from Goff, although i'm sure there are more.
Fair, but it's a tough ask for a rookie QB to overcome a poor offensive line and offensive scheme. I'd also argue that while Fitzgerald is still a capable NFL receiver, they have a below average receiving corps overall. I think we'll see some improvement this year.

just a few more...
Matthew Stafford
Eli Manning
Drew Brees in his first 3 years
Alex Smith
Nick Foles
3x teams in 32-team standard PPR + IDP leagues

It doesn't matter what we want. Once we get it, we want something else.

Some of those are good. Some not so much. A few threw for a lot more yards per game though. Also, I don't know how they "looked". There's a difference between throwing a lot of INT's and looking in over your head. From what I watched of Rosen it looked like his mental processing was slow. Foles hasn't even thrown for 3k yards in a season i think.

Drew Brees got replaced by Philip Rivers. Alex Smith got replaced by Kaep. Their own coaching staff gave up on them.

Drew Brees got pushed out the door because the Chargers (a) invested a high draft pick on Rivers and (b) Brees had hurt his shoulder. IIRC, Brees had taken them to the playoffs and played very well.

They invested a high draft pick in Rivers because up until that year, Brees had played poorly.

Bucky Brooks feels Rosen should be traded and the Cardinals take Murray.

The only way I can see the Cards taking Murray is if they trade down or acquire another 1st.

Likely trying to drum up interest so they can trade back for a ransom

I imagine they'd easily get a 1st back.

What are your thoughts on Josh Rosen. Does he eventually overtake Fitz and start the majority of the year in Miami and will he develop into a top fantasy Quarterback in time. May have a chance to acquire him in a trade and I think he could be good in time. Interested to see other opinions on him going forward........
QB- R. Wilson, Garoppolo, Fields, Ridder, Rudolph, Hooker
RB- Ekeler, Mostert, Pacheco, Dillon, Dobbins I/R
WR- Metcalf, Pickens, Higgins, DJ Moore
TE- Kincaid, Higbee
K- Aubrey
Def- Denver, Pittsburgh

No PPR, Start 2 QBs, 2 RBS, 2 WRS, 1 TE, 1 FLEX,1 K, 1 DEF/ST. 6 pts all touchdowns
2002 Points Champion, 2007 HTH Champion, 2014 HTH Champion
